‘E’ is my letter for the ‘Forming Words’ 4 day exhibition at the Manchester Craft and Design Centre which opens today until this Sunday as part of the Manchester Weekender. To illustrate my letter I drew an Echidna, shaping his body into a ‘E’. What a wonderful creature from Australia with its many long spines and pink sticky tongue!
The image is available to buy as a digital print. Get in touch if you are interested!
T is for Tarsier
My illustration of a Tarsier holding onto a letter t can be seen in the DOI Illustration soon to be published this year along side my Column Arts Agency buddies.
I exhibited a digitally print of the Record Shack in Walley Range for the ‘Street View’ exhibition curated by Skyliner at NQ2022. I have a soft spot for the Record Shack as it has always been there, is never really open but when you do go in it is a chaotic vinyl hunting adventure run by an old man.
Skyliner is dedicated to the pursuit of rare and fascinating art, architecture and history.
This print can be bought in the Skyliner Shop
This is a portrait of Stephen Bibrowski, also known as Lionel the Lion-faced Man. From the recent ‘Feel Good Freak Show’ exhibition this lovely gent is hand screen printed on a soft emerald green jumper.

Did a couple of A-boards for the lovely Teacup on Thomas Street ..winners from this years MFDF ‘Casual Dinning’ award. Congrats guys!
A while back I had won a lomography La Sardina by a simple yet effective tweet.. ‘To win a La Sardina I would.. ride a magical unicorn with a bowl of milk and cheerios balanced on my head..” Don’t know where the words came from so I drew a picture to show how magical it had been.
Thanks lomography, my new La Sardina is awesome!
I created a city scape for Teacup on Thomas Streets kitchen windows. Purveyors of extremely tasty cakes, pies, home made food, loose leaf tea and coffee, it is well worth popping in to fill that little empty hole in your belly. They now have a liquor licence and a wonderful ‘Suppa and Cuppa’ evening menu. I have worked with Teacup on Thomas Street for a number of years now creating one off bespoke illustrations, designs and objects for their adventures. My illustrations feature on the menus and walls of their pop up shops and hopefully there will be further illustrations all over the place in the future.
